We discuss your staffing and benefits needs. Then, pair you with one of our preferred payroll partners, including handling the onboarding and customization for your team.

On a bi-weekly or semi-monthly schedule, we process payroll for your organization, including doing the allocations across multiple grants and cost centers in your accounting system.

We maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, including taking care of any IRS and state notices you receive. As tax professionals, we can also get on the phone on your behalf with the IRS to resolve any tax penalties.

    Afterwards, you will receive a follow-up email to provide us access to your systems to conduct a diagnostic review of your accounting system and records.

  • You probably have a payroll relationship with the technology software. Even with this relationship, you, as the employer, are still legally responsible for compliance.

    We provide the additional support your organization will need including doing payroll allocations across multiple funds and cost centers.

    We also verify annual W-2 and tax forms to ensure your payroll records are always accurate.
