Van Pham is an experienced accounting professional with over five years of accounting experience working with nonprofit organizations.
Before joining Goshen, Van was an Accounting Specialist at SJB Child Development Center. In that capacity, he oversaw 300+ family accounts using specialized software, facilitated billions for government assistance programs, and conducted expense audits, resulting in significant savings.
Van graduated from the San José State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He is proficient in accounting platforms like MIP, PeopleSoft, and QuickBooks. Known for his diligent analysis, creative problem-solving, and collaborative mentoring abilities—Van consistently drives process enhancements.
Outside of work, Van enjoys coaching sports. As a former team captain and MVP at Piedmont Hills High School, he leverages his leadership talents to train athletes.
